Hyderabad: A 28-year-old TV artiste from Madhapur alleged that two unidentified men misbehaved with her at a pub on Road No. 36 in the early hours of Sunday. Based on her complaint, Jubilee Hills police registered a case.The TV artiste, along with her brother and a relative, had gone to the pub on Saturday night. According to the complaint, the incident occurred around 12:30 am when the two accused approached their table. “They touched me inappropriately and when my family members intervened, they pushed and kicked us. Pub bouncers intervened and sent the accused away from the premises,” the complainant said.The complainant approached the police on Sunday morning, following which a case has been registered under Sections 74 (assault or use of criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty) and 115(2) (voluntarily causing hurt) of the BNS. Jubilee Hills police said they are trying to identify and arrest the accused.
