Footwear brand Asian Footwears has secured the naming rights for Platforms 14, 15 and 16 at New Delhi Railway Station as part of a partnership with Indian Railways.Platforms 14, 15 and 16 will be renamed after Asian Footwears, with brand ambassador and former India captain MS Dhoni featuring prominently in the branding.“This is a defining moment for Asian Footwears. For millions of Indians, New Delhi Railway Station is more than a transit point. It is a destination that connects millions of Indians from every corner of the country,” the company said.Founded in 1994, Asian Footwears sells sports shoes, casual footwear, school shoes, sandals and slippers. It has more than 250 distributors and thousands of retail outlets across India.
