Russian defence ministry Tu-154 crashes in Amur region
A Russian ministry aircraft crashed near the village of Krasnoyanovo in the Amur region on Tuesday, killing six people, according several local media reports.Seven people were reportedly on board the Tu-154 aircraft, with one survivor sustaining injuries and being hospitalised.Preliminary information suggested the crash may have been caused by a “fuel explosion” on board.A large fire broke out at the crash site following the incident. Several videos of the aircraft after the crash was circulated on social media.An investigation into the cause of the crash is underway.
