NTA opens RMS CET 2026 application correction window: Check editable fields, direct link to make changes
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has opened the application correction window for the Rashtriya Military School Common Entrance Test (RMS CET) 2026. Registered candidates can edit or correct details in their application forms until October 28, 2026, up to 11:50 pm.Candidates can make the required changes through the official website at exams.nta.nic.in/rmscet.The correction facility has been provided after candidates requested an opportunity to edit details submitted in their online application forms. The agency has advised candidates to check their information carefully and complete any necessary corrections before the deadline.NTA has also clarified that this is a one-time facility. Once candidates submit their corrections, their application forms will be frozen, and no further changes will be allowed.
RMS CET 2026 : Which details can be corrected?
As per the notice, candidates can edit certain fields in their application forms. However, some details cannot be changed.The following fields cannot be changed:
- Mobile number
- Email address
- Permanent and present address
- Emergency contact details
- Candidate’s photograph
Candidates are allowed to change any one of the following fields:
- Candidate’s name
- Father’s name
- Mother’s name
Candidates can also make changes to the following details:
- Class V and Class VIII equivalent details
- Examination city selection, based on their permanent and present addresses
- Date of birth
- Gender
- Category
- Signature
- Thumb impression
- Domicile certificate
- Birth certificate
Candidates who registered using an identity document other than Aadhaar can also change their Aadhaar details, as specified in the notice.
