The Delhi High Court allowed a 15-year-old rape survivor to terminate her pregnancy, which had crossed 30 weeks of gestation. The court said compelling a survivor to continue a pregnancy resulting from sexual assault and imposing motherhood against her will would seriously impair her right to live with dignity, while stressing her bodily autonomy and reproductive choice.
