City view balcony and guest room

There is no television in the living room. The seating faces the balcony instead, which offers a lovely view of the city. The balcony has several planters and two wooden chairs facing each other, making it a nice spot for morning tea or an evening chai. The guest room doubles as her rehearsal space, filled with her musical instruments. She chose to put in a wall bed so that guests can stay comfortably, while the room stays open and usable when she is at home with her family.
