Hyderabad: The H-CITI project aimed at easing traffic congestion around KBR Park and adjoining junctions will be executed in two phases at a cost of Rs 1,090 crore.The project involves construction of seven underpasses and seven flyovers at six major junctions around the KBR Park area. The works are expected to continue for about two years.The first phase will cover Jubilee Hills Check Post, KBR Park entrance and Mugdha Junctions. The second will cover Road No. 45, Filmnagar, Agrasen Junction and the Basavatarakam Cancer Hospital–KBR Park stretch.With multiple grade separators planned at the city’s busiest junctions, the project is expected to substantially alter traffic movement around KBR Park once completed.
