As the investigation into Hayden Panettiere’s passing continues, new details about the days leading up to her passing have been shared online. According to recent reports, the ‘Heroes’ actress had faced a wellness check only days before she was found in an unresponsive state.

According to reports shared by US Weekly, the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department had performed a wellness check on the star’s home in Los Angeles. They shared that the department had received a call from someone around 10 PM on August 9, who had requested that they perform a wellness check on the star.The call allegedly was made by someone who was “concerned” for the well-being of a white woman in West Hollywood and about not answering the phone. The reports did not reveal who the caller was.

Hayden Panettiere, best known for her work in ‘Nashville,’ ‘Scream 2,’ ‘Malcolm in the Middle,’ and ‘Ice Princess,’ passed away on August 16, only a few days before her 37th birthday. She was found by her on-and-off boyfriend, Brian Hickerson, and his brother, Zach, who saw that she was unresponsive in an apartment in the city of Greenville and soon after called the police.The police department there issued a statement that during the preliminary investigation, her passing did “not indicate any signs of foul play or suspicious circumstances.” Other than that, there were “no signs of trauma (that) would have contributed to the death.” The official cause of her passing was reported last month: “toxic effects of fentanyl, 4-ANPP, alprazolam, methocarbamol, and quetiapine.”Hayden’s publicist confirmed that, along with all of the things that are going on around Hayden’s passing, they are continuing the investigation into what happened in that room. Her statement, which was given to CNN, read, “The investigation remains ongoing, and the circumstances surrounding the case are complex. We must all continue to remain patient and allow the investigative process to unfold.”Panettiere is survived by her 11-year-old daughter, Kaya, whom she shares with ex-fiancé Wladimir Klitschko. A few days ago, Klitschko filed an official petition to become the temporary representative for her daughter in California court to protect her inheritance after Hayden’s passing.
