CISF has stated that the sequence of stages may be changed for administrative reasons.Candidates qualifying in the written examination are shortlisted for the subsequent stages, with the number shortlisted expected to be about five times the notified vacancies.For general, EWS, SC and OBC candidates, the prescribed minimum height is 170 cm for men and 157 cm for women. Male candidates require a chest measurement of 80-85 cm. Relaxed standards apply to specified categories and regions.Application and eligibility detailsThe online application window opened on June 8, 2026, and closed on July 7, 2026.
