He reportedly died in Rajasthan after suffering from liver-related health complications. The report also claimed that Sanjay Singh developed an alcohol dependency after his marriage to Pavithra Gowda ended. Pavithra Gowda and Sanjay Singh reportedly divorced in 2013. Information about his death has only recently come to light.
Pavithra Gowda remains in custody
Pavithra Gowda is currently lodged at Parappana Agrahara Jail in Bengaluru. She is one of the accused in the Renukaswamy murder case. The case concerns Renukaswamy’s death and involves several accused persons. Kannada actor Darshan is also facing allegations in the case. Pavithra Gowda has been identified as the main accused by the prosecution. The investigation has attracted considerable attention in Karnataka. Authorities have continued examining the alleged circumstances surrounding Renukaswamy’s death and the roles of the accused.
Pradosh seeks approver status
As reported by Deccan Herald, another development has emerged in the case involving accused number 14, Pradosh. He has reportedly approached the court seeking permission to become an approver. An approver, also called a pardon witness, can provide the prosecution with information about a crime and the alleged involvement of other accused persons. Pradosh’s request could therefore become significant if the court permits him to turn approver.
Pavithra Gowda reportedly suffers health issue
Pavithra Gowda has also reportedly faced a health issue while in custody. According to Deccan Herald, she complained of dizziness while being questioned by the police. She was reportedly taken to a government hospital in Mallathahalli for medical attention. The hospital is located near the Annapoorneshwari Nagar police station, where the questioning was reportedly taking place.
Police seize vehicles during investigation
The police have continued gathering evidence linked to the Renukaswamy murder investigation. During the probe, officers reportedly seized three vehicles parked at Kannada actor Darshan’s residence in Rajarajeshwari Nagar. The vehicles are suspected to have been used for logistical purposes connected to the case.
