Cong suspends LB Nagar leader Jakkidi Prabhakar Reddy

Hyderabad: The TPCC disciplinary action committee, headed by Mallu Ravi and A Shyam Mohan, has issued orders suspending LB Nagar senior Congress leader Jakkidi Prabhakar Reddy.The suspension follows evidence confirming incidents in which he verbally abused individuals, including the use of caste-based slurs in addition to remarks concerning personal matters.The TPCC disciplinary committee has also directed minister Konda Surekha to submit an explanation within three days over inappropriate comments allegedly made by her daughter, Sushmita, in Parkal against CM Revanth Reddy and senior MLA Revuri Prakash Reddy.Former minister and planning commission vice-chairman G Chinna Reddy has likewise been asked to submit an explanation within three days over anti-party remarks and inappropriate comments allegedly made against the local MLA during a recent meeting in the Wanaparthy constituency.The committee has also issued show-cause notices to two Congress leaders from Adilabad for alleged indiscipline.
