Gujarat, Delhi, Telangana high court CJs recommended for SC elevation

NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court on Monday recommended the elevation of three high court chief justices as judges of the country’s top court.The collegium has recommended Gujarat high court chief justice Sunita Agarwal, Delhi high court chief justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya and Telangana high court chief justice Aparesh Kumar Singh for elevation to the apex court.The recommendations will now be processed as per the established procedure for appointment of Supreme Court judges.
