TMZ earlier reported that the ‘Circles’ singer had gotten down on one knee to pop the question to his longtime partner, Christy Lee. Lee’s close friend, Marina Hollyer, later confirmed the news by posting a photo of the two on her Instagram stories. In the photo, Malone wore a cowboy hat, white shirt, and blue jeans, while Lee sported a flowy pink dress along with a “Bride to be” sash as the two hugged one another. Along with the photo, she wrote, “My best friend in the world just got engaged. Love you more than words, Toph!!!”In another post on her account, Lee’s friend also posted photos of the couple posing with friends, and in another photo, she shared a close-up of Lee’s engagement ring as she held it up close to her face. Another close friend, Brooke Donovan, posted photos of the couple kissing on her Instagram stories and wrote, “So happy for you both.” Matthew Madonna also shared a photo of the couple from the event along with the caption, “My mom and dad got engaged.”

The couple had first been linked last year after they were spotted together in March. A month after that, the duo were spotted having dinner together at a high-end restaurant in Paris. Multiple snaps of them spending time together in Paris were then circulated online at the time. Since then, while the couple has kept their relationship private, they have been spotted attending public events together. Malone, whose real name is Austin Post, had earlier been engaged to Hee Sung “Jamie” Park. The former couple also welcomed their baby girl in 2022.On the work front, Malone is currently on his world tour and will head out to his scheduled stops in Asia next month. The ‘Finer Things’ singer will complete his tour in October on dates scheduled across Australia and New Zealand.
