A series of listings and price reductions

It returned to the market in November at the original $32 million asking price before being withdrawn again, according to Realtor.com’s listing history. The mansion was listed at a reduced asking price in June 2024 and withdrawn again in October that year. At the time, a source told Realtor.com that the couple planned to pause the sale until after the birth of their third child, Ford, who was born in November 2024. The source said the home would be restaged, with a relisting planned for January or February 2025. The property returned to the market in August 2025 at $19.99 million before being withdrawn in March 2026. It was relisted in August 2026 at the same asking price. A separate property project in Brentwood
Pratt and Schwarzenegger also purchased a property in Brentwood, Los Angeles, in January 2023 for a reported $12.5 million. The site contained the Zimmerman House, a midcentury modern residence built in 1950 and designed by architect Craig Ellwood. The couple demolished the house to make way for a new custom residence, drawing criticism from architecture enthusiasts and preservation advocates. In April 2024, Architectural Digest reported that the couple were developing plans for a new home of approximately 15,000 square feet with architect Ken Ungar. In June 2025, reports emerged that Pratt and Schwarzenegger were staying at a Montecito property rented from Katy Perry while their Brentwood home was being developed. In July 2026, the couple reportedly shared photographs taken inside the Montecito residence. The Pacific Palisades mansion is listed through Carolwood Estates agents Shana Tavangarian and Zac Mostame, according to the Los Angeles Times.
