The actor has completed 33 films over an 18-year career.“Out of 33 films I made in my 18 years of career, this is the first time I am experiencing something like this,” said Nani.According to Nani, even the negative feedback has often been expressed with considerable passion.“But even when someone says they didn’t like the film, there is a passion behind that response, an aggressive honesty. When someone says ‘this didn’t work for me’ with that kind of intensity, it tells you something. That is also positive in a way.”

‘Dasara‘ raised expectations for the duo

Nani and Srikanth Odela first worked together on ‘Dasara’. The 2023 Telugu action drama received good reviews and turned out to be a hit. Their reunion for ‘The Paradise’ consequently generated strong anticipation among audiences. Nani said the response to the new film should also be understood in the context of that relationship.The actor felt the strong reactions were connected to the trust audiences had placed in the combination. The Day 7 collection was 22.7% lower than the Rs 4.40 cr net recorded on Tuesday. The sixth-day figure had marked the film’s previous daily collection.Following its seventh day, the movie’s India net collection stands at Rs 104.90 cr. Its India gross has reached Rs 123.95 cr. ‘The Paradise’ added Rs 35 lakhs from overseas markets on Day 7. The film’s cumulative overseas gross now stands at Rs 30.85 cr.Its worldwide gross collection has reached Rs 154.80 cr.
