SPMCIL recruitment 2026: Eligibility and age limit
The eligibility criteria vary depending on the post. For example, candidates applying for Deputy Manager (IT) – Application Developer must have a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT) or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) with at least 60% marks. They must also have three years of relevant experience.For the Assistant Manager posts, the required qualifications include master’s degrees, Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) with Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) qualification, engineering degrees and other relevant qualifications, depending on the post.The maximum age limit is 35 years for Deputy Manager and 30 years for Assistant Manager posts. The age will be calculated as on August 24, 2026. Age relaxation will be given as per government rules.
SPMCIL recruitment 2026: Application fee
Candidates from the Unreserved (UR), Other Backward Classes (OBC), Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) and Ex-Servicemen (ESM) categories have to pay Rs 1,000 as the application fee.For Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwD) candidates, the fee is Rs 200.The fee has to be paid online by August 24, 2026, by 5 pm.
SPMCIL recruitment 2026: Selection process
The selection process will include an online examination followed by an interview. The online examination will carry 75% weightage, while the interview will carry 25% weightage.Candidates who qualify in the selection process will then have to complete document verification and a medical examination.The date of the online examination will be announced later.
